We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 1, 2026. However we greatly appreciate you letting us know your decision as soon as possible.

Come get dressed up with us! The dress code for the evening is Black Tie. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor length gowns or long formal evening dresses.

Room blocks have been reserved at a discounted rate for guests at Omni Louisville Hotel and Hotel Bourre Bonne Louisville. Please see the travel + accommodations tab for further details.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 1:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Yes, there will be adequate parking spots at each location and a valet service at the country club.

Our reception will include three entrée selections: chicken, beef, or fish. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Our chef will happily prepare a separate allergy-friendly dish for guests who are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or have other dietary needs.
